    Private home accident
    Hi,
    My 82 year old mom fell on someone else front yard property and broke her knee. Dr said it will tka a longer period to cure and even then she will not be able to be able walk as normal. I would like to involve a layer on this case. Any advise?

    This would actually be other law.

    You will need a Personal Injury lawyer like excon stated and you will want to sue their home owners insurance.
