    Ceiling Fan - 3 switch control
    The chain on the fan broke and had to replace the 3 switch control. I didn't notice what order the cables were in before taking the cables out. I have a L, 1, 2, & 3 on the switch control with Black and 3 other colors. Black seems the be load and I have inserted in L. When operating the fan, speed is no longer controlled, except for having low and high (no medium); and I am not able to turn the fan off without turning off the switch which also controls the light. Any thoughts?
