Kenmore DW 665.1603 Won't Start No lights
I just finished fastening the DW to the underside of the counter. It has been unfastened for several months and has worked just fine. After completing fastening it to the counter, nothing happens when I attempt to start it. The circuit breaker is on. Is there a simple way to determine if power is getting to the DW without removing it from its enclosure?

I just installed a Kenmore 665.1603 dishwasher and when I try to run an empty test wash cycle it fills then the washing light comes on. It continues and stops. The sensing light comes on along with the washing light and then it starts washing again. This happens on any cycle that I have tried. ...
