    Early high blood pressure -age25
    I got to know about this problem a month before
    i need a suggestion for diet in order to get rid of permanent ly as I have not married
    I have doubt that it may leads greater problems for my future
    I am with 5'4'' height with 70kgs weight,pure vegetarian

    Lease help me I am very much worrying about it

    You should be under the care of a Physician if your pressure is high - it could become (if it is not already) a dangerous condition.

    Assuming you aren't on medication of any kind you can try taking the herb hawthorn
    I am not sure if it is okay to take with medicine or not.
    Some other herbs and spices for regulating blood pressure are Co Q10, seven flowers, taurine, turmeric, cayenne and a number of other spices.

    Get enough calcium, magnesium and potassium.

    Use good oils such as olive oil and oils in glass bottles. Omega fatty acid is good too.
    The Crisco/Wesson oils in the plastic bottles are bad fats.

    Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables for the anti oxidents.

    Use garlic in your foods.

    Cut out table salt and switch to sea salt.
