    Rough hair by water
    I had healthy hair .but due to change in water it did get rough and ugly.now it does not get well after I changed to fresh water tooo.help me to make it well

    Have you tried using a GOOD hair conditioner?
    You could try using Neutragena's clarifying shampoo too.
    Another might be a hot oil treatment I'm not sure about that though.
    It might be best to make a trip to the Beauty salon. They may be able to treat your hair with something
