    Whens the best time to take an ovulation test?
    Hi yes I'm unclear when to use the ovulation test kits. I have a few to use . My cycle lasts 31 or 32 days. So what day should I start testing to check my ovulation. Some sites said to test on day 15 or day 16 is that true? Advice needed. Thank you

    My textbook says the best time is around the 11 - 13 day after the first day of your period. Say you start on Nov 1, then around Nov 12 - Nov 15. That is for a 28 day cycle.

    So, for a 31 or 32 day cycle, yes it would be around the 15 - 16 day after the first day of your period.

    Do then instructions that come with the kit not tell you?

    Well I have ovulation tests from babyhopes.com and they have the instructions on the site. I didn't notice if they stated when to test. I read it was the 15th and 16th I just wanted to check to see if that was close. Thank you
