    English Placement test?
    Soon I'm going to start first semester at university. They require all students to take English placement test (writing).

    The problem is that I've never heard about it and I don't know what kind of test it will be: multi-optional (tests grammar and vocabulary) or essay on a specific topic.

    The only placement test that I took to enter is one that only tested my reading and comprehension skill and there was no essay.. but if you know the exact name of the test that would be helpful.. most have a practice test that you can check out online or at the campus..

    I took a CPT (College Placement Test), it had two tests for english, and two tests for math. It was pretty easy, the entire test was multiple choice on a computer at the college. The math was actually harder than the english portion, which was a shock for me because I hate english.

    Anyway if the test is similar to mine, you will be fine because I'm not a big fan of english.
