    Preferred Stock
    Are preferred stocks included in stockholders' equity account? I mean I know that preferrence stockholders are not owners of the company. However, I want to grasp whether values of preferred stocks are included or not?

    Preferred stockholders are indeed owners of the company, because that's what stockholders are. And therefore, yes it's equity.
