Washing manchine drum will not spin

Have checked pump and motor which are fully working
But the drum is stuck and will not turn at all even by hand
Any help will be received thankfully :)

When I switch the washing machine on, it starts to work normally but the drum will not turn yet you can hear the turning and the spinning sounds. I check to clean the drainer and all other links to the drainer and the drum will not spin.
