We have been trying to conceive for over a year now, and I think I'm finally pregnant. We finally bought ovulation tests and did it the correct way by finding out which days I was most fertile, and this was all last week. I know its too early to be able to take a HPT, but I know my body really well, and just have this off feeling that something is happening to my body. This Monday is when everything started to shift. I woke up nauseous thinking I was going to vomit, and the feeling kept coming and going throughout the day. I have been exhausted, so even when I sit down on the couch and start folding laundry I start dosing off. There has been a throbbing pain at times in my right breast (right in the plate) and my right ovarie starts to throb as well. Also I can't handle the smell of cologne anymore, it makes me gag. And when someone comes back in the house after smoking I have to leave the room otherwise I feel I'm going to get sick.
I talked to my doctor about this yesterday, since I had to go in for a different appointment anyway. She mentioned that some very slender women will notice changes in their bodies as soon as conception happens. She said if you know your body really well, you can generally notice the day you conceive because of that change in you.
I can't take a HPT yet since I'm not supposed to get my period until next sat, but it is driving me mad. I just KNOW that I'm pregnant. Every other time we've tried to get pregnant, I never felt this way.
Can anyone give me some advice on this, or is anyone experiencing the same thing? Also does anyone know of a really really reliable sensitive HPT? I want to be able to do the first test before my period is due, but of course will repeat on the day and after.

Try a test now(w/morning urine) see what happens the worst that can happen is that you would need to retest at another time.

Even this early? I thought it was advised to wait a certain amount of time to make sure your hCG is present. At what day would be the earliest that hormon is present, does anyone know?

Read the box of the test... I think 5 days before missed period!

Here's another little bit more confusing question though. After the egg has been fertilized, does it always implant in the mucus lining? Or is there any way or anything that can happen that could hinder this?

I have been reading up on this, and am really getting to know how the woman's cycle and pregnancy works from a biological view point. But I can't find any reference to weather the egg always implants or not.
