Why are you rushing into another marriage if your first was so bad? Have you even met him in person? He could be total opposite of what you think he is. Marriage isn't something you want to rush, I don't understand why you wouldn't alreay know that.

I know it seems pretty fast to want to marry again but this guy really love me and respects me... and I've been alone for quite a few years even though I was married ,there was no love from my husband and I've been very lonely and now I see I can have a good life with my fiancé.. he is trully the man for me... and no I have not met him yet face to face but no need we cam everyday and talk for 5 hours a day online so in a way yes I know him very well...

People can be very different on the computer than they are in person. And I'm sorry if this seems harsh, but will be acting incredibly foolishly if you fly over there and marry him. I wouldn't even support you flying over to meet him alone. At least if you really believe he's the one for you, take a trip over with a friend. Get to know him in person. Have a friend there so that in case he's not the person you think he is at least there will be someone to report you missing and know who to go after.
You think you know him. Without actually being around a person you can't truly know them at all. Regardless of what you tell yourself.

The actual answer to this question is whatever Tunisian law says. Marriage law in Tunisia is archaic and as a woman, it actually removes a lot of your rights.

Here is the US laws on the matter - I would imagine Canada is quite similar.

Marriage in Tunisia - U.S. Embassy Tunis, Tunisia

Please pay careful attention to this part of the post:

The U.S. government urges Americans who meet Tunisians on the internet or while touring the country, to take the time necessary to get to know them before considering marriage. Unfortunately, the Embassy has seen cases of abuse against American spouses, or marriages that end in divorce when the Tunisian acquires a green card or citizenship in the United States. These cases invariably occur when the relationship is based mostly on Internet communication and very little face-to-face interaction.Periodically, the Embassy is contacted when an American has met a Tunisian online, and while visiting their contact in Tunisia,
