    Plugged tub drain
When we try to drain the tub, won't happen! When we run water in sink drain, it comes up in tub. Toilet is fine. Have used a 12ft snake, plunged the heck out of it and yelled a lot. Nothing works. Am plugging the waste drain as well. Any ideas?

This tells me the clog's located in the lavatory drain downstream from the tub connection. You can go at this one of two ways.
    1) You can snake from the lavatory roof vent. Put out enough snake to reach the base and 15 feet more. **OR**
    2) Remove the tub waste assembly,(see images) and snake from there.
    Good luck, Tom
