Bad picture/mostly white

Hi there, specs below

Toshiba 32" Flat screen
Approx 5-6 yrs old
Model 32AF43

Screen is mostly white with horizontal lines, can barely make out characters/channel numbers on screen, sound works fine, what could it be?
I have tried other inputs (component, s-video) same thing
