I really can't help you with the weight because I don't know how to lose weight in 6 days. I also don't know weight of 58kgs of the height of 1.59 m.

I can tell you that I use to be a junk food addict too and usually when you crave something it is because your body lacks something else. You are lacking certain vitamins and minerals from your sweets addiction. Like if you crave sweets it is because you lack protein. So try eating meat, nuts, peanut butter, a protein shake or anything with protein when you start craving sweets. Also things that helped me get over my sweet tooth and my Pepsi addiction were switching to sea salt instead of table salt, switching to olive oil instead of the Crisco/Wesson type oils.
Cut out fast food and greasy foods.
Try finding recipes for healthy desserts
Use coconut oil and coconut shortening for pie crusts and baking.
Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables.
Find some organic drinks, fresh squeeze fruits and vegetables to make your own drink.
I use coconuit nectar, one banana, pineapple juice and some pomegranate juice to make a smoothy.

All these things will help your taste buds change so you crave less sweets. I use to drink anywhere from 24 to 64 oz of Pepsi a day and now I hardly even want to drink it ever. I gave it up two months ago.
I only crave a cherry danish or a french donut or a piece of pie when I am at my one job.

You have to be determined and make the first steps.
Also one of the reasons I had to give the Pepsi up was that I started getting weak and shaky and then I found out that drinking soda can end up causing hypokalemia. I really believe I have that because I have all the symptoms. Adrenaline exhaust, weakness, my heart feels irregular at times and things like that.

That's about 5'-3"', 127.6 lbs. which doesn't sound that heavy to me, but the eating junk is an issue. You must have self discipline. You SEE there is a problem, so what are you going to do? Just buy good food only, fruits, nuts, vegetables, and the like. Good luck to you.

I don't see a big problem with your weight. But why 6 days? In reality it would be healthy to lose 2 lbs in that time frame. Is that all you want to lose?

On a side note, if you're going to eat junk at least get those little 100 calorie bags.

    I am 5' 3'' and 135 lbs in a size 13
Ideally I think about 118 is good and more a size 7 to 9
I definitely would not go below a size 7.
I hate even being a size 11. Feel bloaty all the time.
You want to be in the size 7 to 9 range.

    27'' - 29'' waist

*Also once you realize that junk food packs on the weight because of all the preservatives and the message in junk food then you can be more determined to give up the junk food.
Msg is in chips, fast foods, canned soup and many other foods.
They put message and many other ingredients in food to make you crave it.
