How to file for a divorce from a moroccan
My husband and I were married in Morocco. His visa was finalized and he came to the US January of 2007. He has committed domestic abuse against me, cheated on me, lied to me, threatened my life, etc. I want to file a divorce from him. He does not have his visa extension and is here illegally. Since we were married in Morocco over two years ago (july 25th, 2005) can I file for a divorce in the United States?

Yes, since you and he have lived in the US you may file here in the US.
