I have been trying to get pregnant for a couple of years now and I just don't know what else to do am I missing something?

Have both you and your partner had medical tests to be sure there is not a medical issue.

What methods of trying have you been using, have you followed your temp and restrained from sex during less fertile times ?

I have 2 children and I conceived them both on the first try. I am now trying to have another baby and I have been trying for over a year. We did all the tests and nothing is wrong. I know how frustrating infertility is. I know that you maybe saying "but you have 2 kids, at least you have them." I know, I am now so thankful for those kids, but my pain of infertility is real also. My kids pray every night for a baby. My 6 year old son says "I think God is sleeping." Our whole family is hurting. It is very sad.

You do realize that the stress of trying lowers the ability to get pregnant? There are specific hormones and chemicals released with stress. These chemicals/hormones reduce the risk.

Also, it is easier if you do not try every night. Every other night or every second night is more effective.
