    Quitclaim Deed
    I want to add my wife's name to the deed to our home. How shall I word the clause following the Grantee(s) (she and me) names? I want the survivor to own the property without the need for probate.

    "[husband] and [wife], as joint tenants with right of survivorship (or as tenants by the entirety)". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joint_tenancy

    Pay an attorney a few bucks to be sure. Don't be penny wise and pound foolish.
