    Sure. What are you writing your agreement for? Do you want it to protect you, or just look good on paper? Because just putting down ideas you get from people on the internet, won't protect you at all. It'll just fill up paper. You might just as well write gobbeldygook on your agreement, for all the good it'll do...

    So, if you REALLY want to PROTECT yourself and your investment, you'll have a lawyer write your agreement for your, because then, it really WILL protect you. And, isn't that what you want??
