Try Paypal. Your son can open a Paypal account and you can send him money through them. Or you can create the account and just give him rights to withdraw.

There really is no way without using a bank account.
( http://www.Paypal.com ) is always good! It's secure and safe! I use it all the time! There is also ( http://www.Firepay.com )

    Good luck!

Yes, you can use Paypal without using a bank account. You can make a deposit using a credit card and then pay it to the kid in the U.S. -- then that person can do whatever (leave it there for future use, transfer to bank account, whatever).

However, there are rules about what you can do based on the location you are in and not all locations have all the same rights. You have to look it up. Since "Palestinian territories" isn't something Paypal is going to list, you will have to look up where you technically are:

Understand that a payment like that will be considered "cash" and therefore there will likely be a charge on the credit card for a cash advance. And one of the two of you (depending on what currency you do it in) will have to pay the exchange charges.

Also be aware that the US government WILL be aware of this transfer if it is even possible.
