    Written objection
    My brother just p/u his divorce complaints form his wife's legal counsel and would like to write a written objection to the court regading requesting to terminate to what she is asking. He is under financial constraints due to his disability and would like to object to the custody request. Can someone assist?

    What State? He needs to answer in the form required by the Court within the Court's time frame. What was he served with? A divorce complaint or a complaint and a motion?
