Watts is a measure of Power and you can't convert lumens to watts. You can convert Lumens to candlepower

1 Lumen = 1 Candela (candlepower) but that doesn't tell the whole story. See ebaines discussion, below.

How do I convert between candelas and lumens?

A candela is a measure of the intensity of light being produced by the source, whereas a lumen is a measure of the intensity of light falling onto an object being illuminated. So candle power and lumens can't be directly converted unless you know how far from the light source the obkject being illuminated is. One lumen is equal to 1 foot-candle of light (i.e. one candle power at one foot) falling on 1 square foot of area. So a lumen is essentially a unit of power and you can convert lumens to watts: 1 lumen= 0.001464129 watts (at a wavelength of 555 nm).
