    Hey, what's wrong with da Bronx! I was able to survive there for my first 18 years. And besides, the Bronx is a great place to be FROM!

    The correct spelling is "Da Bronx", not "The Bronx" :)

    Strat,

    I would think that with EMT the big worry would be rust. Particularly if the EMT is used for a contiguous ground.

    I would suggest that rather then a "Wet" area, that Chemical production or storage areas would really not want EMT.

    But since we are talking about NYC, first we need to know who to send the gift to before an inspection can happen.
