    From multivitamin or calcium tablet will I put on weight
    Hi there, I am 28 year old female having 18month old breast feeding child. I feel very weak by the end of the day and always having headache problem if it's a stressful day. I feel better if I take calcium and multivitamin daily but my weight is getting more day by day few of my friends told me its because of taking vitamins is that true? What should I do?

    Taking vitamins will definitely not increase weight. Any of your friends who say that are sorely misinformed.

    Although I also have my doubts that calcium and multivitamins actually helps your feeling of weakness, there's really nothing wrong with taking it.
