    Hi, blessed11!

What and how will you be cleaning, please? There are many factors that need to be considered here.

    Thanks!

What type of building; medical, office, warehouse, etc?

How many days per week? For the day porter and for the night crew?

And what part of the country are you in as pricing varies considerably by area and whether you are in a city or suburb...

    Hi Zanic,

    "DAILY CLEANING."

Are you saying that it is 7 days per week?

What is the total cleanable square footage?

Is the contract for 1, 2 or 3 years?

Do you know your competition that is also bidding this job?

    When I bid a building I bid several ways to see how each matches up to;

    1. Making a profit

    2. To the client's budget

    3. To account for the competition

    Etc...

    That being said...

You can bid by the square footage, loaded hourly rate and/or back figure it to the prospect's budget to see how you 'shake out... '

Andy, you will have to start your own thread with your questions separately from this one, that is how this site works. You cannot ask a separate question on some one else's thread.

Go to the 'Ask' button and you can ask your question in the correct category.
