    It's an older movie. Comedy. A black man had an accident, he's in the hospital. But his spirit is separate from the body. I remember his spirit is in the middle of the street and then the bus came and went right through him. Then, while he was drinking something we could see through him, his organs. In the end his spirit went back to the body, and it was the happy ending...

    I kind of remember the bus scene - I think it was from a movie called "Ghost Dad"? - not totally sure, but maybe...
