    Abandoned kids by drug parents
We live in Mississippi. Basically my brother-n-law(30) and his babies' mama(21) are both on drugs and not through with their partying days although they have 2 kids age 2 and 1. They fight all the time and she gets physical. Their house is a pig sty. The last fight was at their 2 year old's "birthday party" ( no other kids there but their was adults drinking and Im sure their was drugs there) The mother has already had her rights stripped of her first child and he was adopted out. She lost her rights to their first child because she did not complete the requirements to get him back after she got caught drinking and driving with him in the vehicle. My brother-n-law completed all the requirements plus more and got him back. But as soon as she was released from jail he picked her up and sure enough she got pregnant again. She so far hasn't lost those rights. But ever since the birthday party about 12 days ago they have only had the kids 3 days the rest of the time they have been with me. We have 4 kids of our own, we have a house that is completely paid for, and my husband has a decent paying job but adding 2 more little kids to this mix gets expensive and it is putting a financial strain on us. They have not given us one dime to help and for the last 3 days we can not get a hold of them- we've called numerous times, left many messages and went by their house. We do not want the kids to go back into that situation but we also have to have some sort of financial help with them. Can anybody give me some advice on what to do? Thank you for any help you may be able to offer!!

Go to court and apply for guardianship. They can be then ordered to pay support. Or you could call the police and report them and Child Services will come and take the kids and place them in a temporary foster.
