    Health insurance
    Who is responsible to pay for the health insurance in a broken marrige if the wife has none.The husband is not paying the health insurance bill.Is there any legal options to pursue.

    No, unless during the divorce they wife can get the court to order paymet of the insurance ( and it would be only for a temporary period)

    If they had insurance, normally the wife can keep it for a short time as they divorce
