About 15 years ago I played a 2 player computer game. I have a picture of it in my mind I'm wondering if anyone knows what game it is.

- It is played on a 2d board, it was larger then a chess board.
- I can't remember if it was a turn based game. It may have had an option for either.
- Similar to chess there was a piece you had to protect.
- IIRC there were different piece sets you could pick to play with.
- The attack/capture motions were animated. I remember a catapult (maybe cannon) firing over a short range to destroy a piece. And I remember an aircraft bombing stuff. With fighters doing dog-fights. I also remember 2 pieces sword fighting.
- The style of all the pieces was a blobshaped (catapult bullet was a blob) - however I'm remembering machine gun fire as smaller blobs.
- one side was red. I think the other side was blue.

Any ideas? Does the game still exist?
