    Do you snore and
    Do you wake up suddenly throughout the night?
    Do you get shortness of breath and/or choke and gasp?
    Are you sleepy during the daytime?

    These may or may not mean you have sleep apnea but the best thing is go to a sleep clinic and find out for sure.
