    Harboring a fugative?
    Is there laws against harboring a fugitive in the state of Texas and if there is what kind od sentencing is involved?

    Yes there is a law 18 U.S.C. Sec. 752(a)
    You get arrested. You can end up with jail time, probation, fines,

    Hello a:

    Well, if the fugitive got caught smoking a joint and fled, and you're hiding him, I don't think they're going to do much to you - even in Texas.

    But, if the guy is a serial killer, and you're hiding him, you'll get some serious time in the slammer yourself.
