Do I qualify for COBRA subsidy program?
I was involuntarily terminated for missing too much work. I am having medical issues. I would like to know if I qualify for Cobra subsidy. My x-employer told me I was not eligible. The Cobra subsidy is for warehouse and factory workers only. I was working for a DR. in Oregon. If this is not true how can I fight it? I am a single parent out of work now with medical issues.

Yes you are. For how long would depend on the size of the business. 19 and under would default to the state of Oregon "Mini COBRA" regulations. In this case 6 months.
    If over 20 employees, it's 18 months.
Both cases assume you were on the employers group plan when you were termed.
