First off... how tall are you? Are you male/female?
Secondly, you said you're 13... the thing is, between the ages of 14 - 18, your body will change DRASTICALLY... so heavy dieting/exercising is not recommended. I simply suggest that you opt for healthier meals (veggies/fruits/protein) over chips/sodas/junk food... try to avoid fast foods and empty calories.
Also, do light exercises... playing sports, etc. should help.
