    Ugh! Im fat!
    Hey! Ok, so, I am 13 yrs old, and I way almost 150. I am so helpless!! What do I need to do?? :eek::(:(:(:(

    First off... how tall are you? Are you male/female?

    Secondly, you said you're 13... the thing is, between the ages of 14 - 18, your body will change DRASTICALLY... so heavy dieting/exercising is not recommended. I simply suggest that you opt for healthier meals (veggies/fruits/protein) over chips/sodas/junk food... try to avoid fast foods and empty calories.

    Also, do light exercises... playing sports, etc. should help.

    Hun, I'm 12 and I think I'm fat. This advice may sound like a million other people give you but when your older you get taller,you will thin out. Sometimes you have to look at yourself in a positive way. Trust me when your older you will look at yourself and think that you were a nut when you thought you were fat. And sometimes that's just the way you were built, don't beat yourself up. And don't forget that self confidence is the best way to help the situation!
