    Can husband be held responsible?
    If I pled guilty in criminal court for embezzlement and now being sued in civil court, will my husband be responsible? Will they take our home?

    You need to ask your attorney the difference in you pleading guilty and you pleading no contest. Have him explain the difference to you and plead accordingly. If you plead no contest the civil suit is handled differently.

    If there is a Judgment against you for damages or restitution anything in YOUR name can be taken in sartisfaction, anything joint or individual.
