    Which protein shake is best for women?
    Hello everyone, I want to know which protein shake is best for a women to lose weight and tone... I read some reviews about the isopure, soy protein and whey protein.. which is best for me..

    It depends to some extent on how intensely you exercise. For most women who work hard in the gym, but are not elite athletes, I'd say that an ordinary whey concentrate (about 80% protein) would be fine. Take it after the gym for best effect.

    Soy protein can be useful, but tends to taste chalky, so it's most popular with people with dairy allergies. Casein can be good as a meal replacement as it takes a long time to digest.

    Whey isolate is good, but it's about twice the price of whey concentrate, and probably not worth the extra unless you are in training for something specific.
