I have been through this twice before. She's my best friends sister but I know that I am in love with her. I talk to her about it and how I feel but I know she does not feel the same about me. I get so depressed all the time and its overwhelming. We get along so well and I can tell her anything. I have never felt this way before. She tells me she thinks it would be awkward if we were anything more than friends. What do I do? I can't make her love me. But all I want is for us to both be happy, and that has been the problem. It hurts so much and I have moved on in the past, but now it's just getting worse! I can't handle this. Please help me with any advice or anything!

First I'd like to know how old you are?

Second, if you've already expressed your feelings to her and she shut you down, you have two options:
•Keep your friendship
•Distance yourself from her.

I'm sorry that this is happening, but it does happen.

You need to learn to deal with it or move on, sorry if that sounds harsh but that's reality.
