Breaking lease due to unsafe living conditions.
Black mold was found in the room that me and my 17 month old son live in,the sheetrock had water so bad it was falling due to a leak on the roof. Is being fixed by the maintains man not by a professional. Want to move for fear that it will come back and harm my son or myself.

Have a local inspector come in once the work is finished. If the place passes inspection, then you are safe. If not that gives you grounds to break the lease.
