    Divorce: Name on deed not on mortgage
    My name is not on the mortgage but its on the deed. My husband and I are getting a divorce and told me I have no right and I will have to move out.

    Tell your husband he is incorrect. Also, be sure to retain an attorney as this guy sounds like he's making up stuff as he goes along and you could very well end up with zero.
