    Do not use any flea products but you need to get them off them or they will kill them.
    I use to wet them and lightly comb them with a lice comb but it wasn't enough to get rid of them.
    I hope someone can tell you what to do or else get to a vet before they get really sick and die.

    Go to the vet. They have flea products that can be used in kittens.
