I need a bit of advice with a little trust problem I'm having at the moment, my boyfriend completely trusted me and it took him so long to learn to trust me. What happened was last nyt he caught me smokin in his bedroom, but the first time he asked me what I did I lied and I said that I tried to smoke it, and then this murnin he asked to see the fag I tried to light, and kus I couldn't find it as soon as he left the room I lit a fag and put it in my box. And then agen when I got home he asked me about 3 times, to tell him the truth, but I was so scared and so embarrassed I couldn't, but after he asked me 3 times I eventually told him the truth and now he says he won't ever be able to trust me again. Please help, all advice is appreciated. Thank you

Advice tip number 1. Write real words that is ridicules. We are not 2 year olds so don't talk like one.

Advice tip number 2. Don't lie.

Advice tip number 3. Aplogize for lying and explain that you will try to regain the trust again.

The thing that really broke his trust is that fact that you lied and not so much the smoking part.

Own up to your mistakes, accept the consequences and earn back his trust.

You don't have to lie about smoking, and as a smoker, I understand, but never lie about it, and don't make promises you can't keep, because non-smokers don't care, or understand, what your going through.

Promise to not smoke in the bedroom, or house or whatever, and stick to it, but also tell him to bug the freak off, your trying.
