    Hypoglycepic ?
I was told by a nurse practitioner that I am hypoglycipic or whatever, next to diabetic, and I was just wondering what foods I could have to help regulate my low blood sugar?

We cannot answer your question here. There may be medical issues that we, or you, are not aware of that would render our advice to you dangerous to your health. Please seek the advice of your doctor and/or a referral to a dietitian.

I would have issues with a nurse or medical person that would say you are, without giving you education.

There are many diets and 1000's of books on it. In some ways it can merely be a balance, in others more serous.
