    Dilamma with my probation officer
My probation officer will not listen to what I need to say, when I pay her for the classes I need to take she will tell me I owe her more for missed classes that I never missed, she doesn't always give me receipts, and now I'm homeless sleeping in my car with my 4 year old daughter and my dog and she refuses to hear what I need to say about transferring my probation to a place where we have shelter. She ignores my calls and half the time I go in she won't see me even in an emergency. I am wearing an ankle braclet at work I burned my leg real bad around the braclet got 3rd degree burns the braclet was supposed to have been taken off a week earlier but she refused and she refuses to egknowledge the burns I have now. She won't listen to my wife. I have tried to ask for a new probation officer but she won't get me started I've tried talking to a judge but seems like nobody will hear me I need a new one like soon one that will listen to me and not cheat me out:confused:

Have you spoken to the Supervisor at your Probation Office about this? I find it hard to believe that you did not get a receipt for monies paid to the probation office. In my experience with probation offices, they always give receipts for any monies received.

As far as your ankle bracelet being taken off, do you have anything in writing that gave you a specific date for it's removal?

If your probation needs to be transferred elsewhere go to the top of the criminal law section and see Excon's sticky about transferring probation and follow his advice to the letter even if it's just to be transferred in the same state. You will just have to somehow cope with this office in the meantime until your probation is over. How long do you have to go?

I was a probation officer for 7 years and if you can't get satisfaction as was suggested above, write the judge who placed you on probation. His information should be on the probation order. I hope you have a place where you can receive mail.
