I have a 100 amp drop, going into s separate meter sockets [NIPPLE TOGEATHER].the entrance cable is 100 amp supplying a60 amp fusebox and the other entrance is supplying a 100 amp crt panel for other apt. overloaded. Electric stoves in both apt. looking 2 upgrade to a 200 amp drop with dual meter socket 100 amp a piece just unsure how or what entrance cable 2 use for each apt.looking 2 use 100 amp 1-,but unsure how this gets bonded.2-re the nuetral isolated from one another in the meter socket3- and do I have 2 isolate the nuetral from the equip grd.in panels 4-can I use the main 100 brk as my meane of disconnect.

Not to be a jerk, but can you try to write normal, as opposed to having to read one big text message. Like using "to" instead of "2", and write in sentences.
It's just kind of hard to figure out what it is you are saying.

Anyway, I get that you want to install a 200A service riser into a double 100A meter pan. This is pretty typical. You would just use a 200A riser and two 100A service entrance cables.
In most places, grounding and bonding are done in the main panels, not the meter pans.
A real electrical supply house will have everything you need.

The electrician, I never did a dual service before I was concerned that on panel could backfeed another.
