Movie thriller-murder
There is a movie I am looking for. It is old and is kind of like the movie disturbia. It is about 3 brothers that live next door to this guy. One of the brothers is peeing and he looks out the window of the bathroom and he sees the next door neighbor kill this woman. He gets so scared he pees on the toilet paper on accident and he runs to tell his brothers. They investigate and one of the brothers finds a ring attached to the body under the deck or something. The other brothers think she is in the basement in the freezer. That is all I remember... any help?

I am baffled about a movie I saw once, all I remember is that it has to do with a girl trapped in a glass chamber that fills with water and the detectives have to find her to save her.
The movie I want the name of, involved misfit veterans (some with psycho problems, like PTSD) being housed in a huge estate, and "cured" by various caretakers with more serious problems than the vets. Was definitely in the "thriller" category.
