    Debt (statue of limataion)
    I had a over draft on a business account in 2000 and there now starting to phone for payment I told them I didn't know what they were talking about what in statue of limation on owing debt I live in Saskatchewan Canada also made no payments since what should I do a proposal or just leave it??

    Not sure about Canada, but that should have come off in seven years. However, there are ways for creditors to extend the statute of limitations. I'd contact the Canadian equivalent of the Fair Trade Commission and ask.
