    Ceiling fan issues
I have a ceiling with 2 2 wire coming into it and a 3 way wire coming into the ceiling fan box.

I have a stitch for the light and the fan together with sliders, in the box there are 1 3 way wire and in 2 wire that goes to a switch and anther light.

When I hock it all up I have to turn the ceiling light on to get the other light to work the ceiling fan works fine.

    Any help would be great

    Thanks
    Bruce

Your diagram makes no sense to me. Please share:

    1. What wires come from the fan
    2. What wires come from the ceiling
    3. How the fan is supposed to be controlled.
