    Need answer
    My mother has alzhimers and my brothewr has power of attorney over her my name as well as my mothers is on the deed so could I move in the house? Is there anything he can do about it?

    If your name is on the ownership papers there is no reason you can't live there.

    Why would your brother 'do anything about it' ?
