    Regency ceiling fan
Hello everyone, nice to be here, I am new to this site, but I need a little help with my ceiling fan, the fan and lights stop working, I tried changing the wall switch, but that wasn't the solution, I have power to the switch and I tried pulling the chain a few times with the switch on, but still did not work, it's a relatively new fan, paid a lot of money for it, so instead of replacing it, I thought I would try to repair it. It is a Regency fan with a light above and below the blades.

The first thing I would do is check for power at your ceiling box to make sure you have 120v. At that point before tearing into your fan.
