Question on Touch-ups (base & highlights)
    Hi,

I have a base color (wella keloston perfect - natural black) all over... and then partial highlights over the base color (loreal brown). It's about 8 weeks now and I am ready for touch ups. My concern is do I need to do touch-ups using the BASE color AND/OR the highlights as well? Please advice as to what I need to do.

    Thanks,

I Need an answer soon... THANKS AGAIN

You don't have to re-do the base color, you can just touch up the highlights.
