    How do I go about signing over parental rights?
    Hello everyone I am a father living in Philadelphia, PA ,and I trying to find out how to go about signing over my parental rights to my mother. Anything you can tell me would be greatly appreciated.

    You mean your mother wants to adopt your child? What does the child's mother think of this?
