    money value
    I have 3 $5.oo bills, red seals, 1953, 1953C and 1963.One has, IN GOD WE TRUST", the other two do not. Any value?

    Brendamsparks- ON the $5.00 notes you have I need a little more information on them;; #1- I need the name of the federal reserve bank that is on the face side;; on the left end at the bottom there should see a larger number and a letter ;the numbers will be from 1 -threw 12,and the letters will be from A through L THis is the number and the district of the f.r.b;; on some the bank name is printed out on the left end ; EXAMPLE- 4-AIT depends onwhat the note is ; { I need to know if tghey are a "leagle tender note" ;,"National bank note"","SILVER CERTIFICATE ", " FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE" ECT. it will be across the top :: THE note you have with " IN GOD WE TRUST" on it is the 1963 note; it was first put on our currency in 1957,By act of congress , and approved by the president ,on July 11 1955;; the first notes tio have it was the $1.00 silver certificate'' ::: #3- now comes the biggest question of all;; my books show that there was no release into circulation of the {series 1953C,$5.00 SILVER CERTIFICATE,SIGNATURES- GRANAHAN AND DILLON:: released into circulation ; PLEASE CHECK FOR TYPE OF NOTE ;; Waiting your reply so I can give you the answers you want ;Have a great day and GOD BLESS:: F.B.E.

    On the $5.00 blls:
    On one # B 17200119A Priest and.? very fancy other name, ending in "berry." near the 5 is a-0 12
    Series 1953- in the upper face corner, under the 5, is "O" nothing else.

    #2 $5 is-C63139316A----Granshan and Dillion, 1953C-upper left under 5 is "G".
    Lower rht corner near 5 is "G 38. Both bills have, united states note.

    #3 $5-A 37671347 A. "D" near upper 5,D7 near lower 5.united states note.1963 series.
